X-mas

Oh hey, I have to post today.
Post.
Here's my gripe for the day.
Ignorance.

All you have to do is look it up on Wikipedia, you don't have to go to a university (which is where I learned this), you can find it very easily online...So...do your homework before you bitch about it.

"Xmas" is a common abbreviation of the word "Christmas". It is sometimes pronounced /ˈɛksməs/, but it, and variants such as "Xtemass", originated as handwriting abbreviations for the typical pronunciation, /ˈkrɪsməs/. The "-mas" part is from the Latin-derived Old English word for "mass", while the "X" comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Χριστός, translated as "Christ".
 Get your facts straight.

Batman and Beyond

Got a new batman toboggan today. They call them beanies here.
I am unashamedly a batman fan. I'm gonna name my dog Bruce. I think I've decided to get a black Great Dane and name him Bruce and then a black lab and name him Grayson. Then I'll have to get a black cat and name her Selina or Kyle, because I don't really like the name Selina (no offense to all of the Selinas out there).

Bruce will have a yellow collar and Grayson will have a red one...or maybe a blue one because Nightwing is blue.
I've been watching a lot of the old school Batman lately...and I can only take it in doses. It's so funny. I posted a couple of videos of Batman dancing that I think are hilarious.  Oh, Adam West, you crack me up. And make me glad that they made Batman a darker character.

And then a hamster named Damian. Because he's just a twerp.

Cute baby/kid costumes that I hope my kids will wear one day:

You know, one day.

That's enough procrastinating today.

The Greatest Bat-Dance EVER

Batman Dancing

Day 3 and only kinda goin' strong

EPIC FAIL! I skipped day two. Well, I was in a car for 13 hours while taking my brother and niece back down to NC and then driving back. I'm glad I have Brandon to drive with me.
We had some Andy's, and I forgot how good a chicken cheesesteak is. With pickles, of-course.
Tomorrow I go back to work. And deal with a lady who freaked out over the $1.50 we charged her for delivery on Wednesday and is coming back in tomorrow to "dispute it." Don't people have better things to do with their time?
Like put up their Christmas tree! Like Brandon and I did today. One of my favorite things in the whole world is ornaments. Love 'em.
Now it's bedtime.

Pre-New Years resolutions

I resolve to write a post every day. It may not be about anything. It may be about something very inspiring, or it may be the random typage of my niece.

Isabella has been with us for the last week. I love it. Cutest little girl EVER! She's my favorite.

Okay, she wants to watch Hannah Montana on Netflix on the computer, so here's the end.

The end.
